Information Collection and Use

Pacific Skills Training Co. is the sole owner of the infomation collected on our web site. Pacific Skills Training Co. collects information at several different points on our Web site.

Information is collected for the purpose of sending a Couples Communication Skills Tips email.   Frequency will never be more than once a month.  Also used for customer satisfaction follow-up evaluation of service/product's usefulness, for opt-in notification.   A user must provide the clickstream information (internet protocol address, internet service provider, platform type, date/time stamp, operating system), http protocol information (last uri requested and browser type), interaction information (browser interaction such as when the mouse moves over an image), state management mechanisms (data allowing a user to be tracked consistently), user's name, user's login information, user's identity certificate and user's home contact information.  The reason we use this information is to complete the current transaction, contact by email or regular mail and enhance our site and product offerings.   We retain this information as stated by our business practices.  When users have data collected for the purpose of contacting by email or regular mail, they are given the opportunity to opt-out of information collected (Please see our Choice and Opt-out section).

Customer Service, Refunds & Returns Policy

Our commitment to the satisfaction of our customers and visitors is reflected in quick and attentive response to any customer service questions or concerns. Any question or complaint may be directed to Marc@RealHope.com and a prompt response is assured.

If you've received an email from us, and have decided to Opt-Out of our mailing list there is a safe unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that allows for you to instantly be taken off the list.

An email, letter or phone call stating that you've decided to ask for your money back is all that is required to make that happen. We may contact you only to find out more about how we did not meet your expectation. There are no requirements to meet to get your money refunded.

Refund Policy

Books may be returned if they have not been written on and are in good condition. You will receive a check in the mail for the full amount you paid for it. We do not reimburse you for shipping costs.

Downloadable Products such as the podcast and the .pdf manual or book is refunded by mail for the amount that you paid.

Workshops

Seminars are refunded in full, if by the end of the workshop day you do not feel that you have improved in your skills of communicating with your partner. Cancellation Of Seminar- If you cancel the seminar earlier than 3 days before the date, you may reschedule to a future monthly workshop at absolutely no charge.

If you cancel the seminar within three (3) days of the date then there will be a $100. rescheduling fee. Since I still do the workshop in my office, if a couple cancels then one of the four couple slots goes unused for the day.

If you cancel the seminar and do not reschedule to attend another later workshop, then you may receive a refund of the fee you paid ($349.) minus credit card handling fees ($19.) which equals $330.
